XReplyPal is a software tool designed to assist users on x.com. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the extension for your own purposes, subject to your subscription status.

  • You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring schedule.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
  • We do not offer refunds for partial use during a billing cycle.

XReplyPal is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by X Corp. (formerly Twitter, Inc.).

5. Limitations

In no event shall XReplyPal or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the software. You acknowledge that abusive use of the tool may result in restrictions applied to your X account by X Corp, and we are not liable for such restrictions.

6. Modifications

We may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with standard international law and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
